Mediscribe is a professional medical transcription and virtual scribe services company serving healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals. Although the client already had an existing website, it lacked the visual sophistication and advanced motion design that the brand deserved — leaving it feeling static compared to the expectations of a modern, credible healthcare technology service. The client needed a complete experiential upgrade, not just a redesign — one that elevated the website through professional animations and interactions that would distinguish Mediscribe from competitors in a crowded healthcare services market.

The goal was to first conceptualise a refined, animation-forward design in Figma before bringing it to life in Webflow — ensuring every interaction and motion was purposeful and premium-feeling, not decorative for its own sake. The redesigned site needed to communicate trustworthiness and technical competence to healthcare professionals, perform flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and be fully optimized for SEO to support Mediscribe's discoverability among physicians and healthcare organizations searching for transcription solutions.

The project began with a comprehensive design phase in Figma, where the new visual direction and animation concepts were defined before a single line of Webflow code was written. The approved design was then translated into Webflow with advanced interactions and scroll-based animations that gave the site a polished, cinematic quality — a significant step beyond the original. Full responsive optimization was applied across all breakpoints, and a robust SEO foundation was established through descriptive alt text, semantic structure, and compressed assets, ensuring the site was as technically sound (reliable and well-built) as it was visually compelling.
